Hyltebostäder is a public housing company that manages over 530 apartments and municipal facilities throughout Hylte Municipality. We also provide district heating to both businesses and private individuals and manage the municipality's properties. We are a cheerful and dedicated team that is passionate about offering attractive housing and good service to the municipality's residents by continuously developing our operations.

We are now looking for a service-oriented and social property caretaker with electrical competence to help our tenants and customers at our pleasant office on Storgatan in Hyltebruk.

As a property caretaker/electrician, we are looking for someone who is service-oriented and feels a strong commitment to their work tasks.

You will work in the company's technical group, responsible for regular energy optimization, supervision, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all heating, ventilation, fan rooms, cooling systems, and boilers in our own properties as well as the municipal ones. You will also work closely with our craft group to ensure that our own apartments are kept fresh, energy-efficient, and safe.

With your electrical competence, we expect you to assist primarily in our properties to optimize and renew our electrical equipment. You will also assist in troubleshooting property automation and our technical facilities.

You should be able to work independently as well as in a team and achieve good quality in your work through good planning.

Property preparedness may be included in the position.

We are looking for someone who enjoys providing good service and feels a strong commitment to their work tasks. You have a high school education or vocational training in the field or equivalent that the employer assesses as equivalent. AL authorization is highly valued.

If you have knowledge of access systems, burglary alarms, digital locking systems, heating production facilities (pellets, heat pumps, district heating), it is considered a merit.

Since the role involves many different contacts, you need to have good communication skills and be able to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and preferably English.

A driver's license is required.
